What size dolls do your accessories fit?
Our outfits and accessories are designed exclusively for standard 12″ (30 cm) Labubu dolls. Each piece is tailored to those dimensions for a snug, custom fit.
What materials do you use?
We use 100% combed cotton fabrics and non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes. Every garment is hand-sewn with durable, child-safe thread and finished with Velcro or miniature buttons.
How do I care for my doll’s clothes?
• Hand-wash cold or machine-wash on gentle cycle, inside-out.
• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
• Lay flat or hang to air-dry. Do not tumble-dry to preserve shape.
Can I mix and match pieces from different letters?
Absolutely! All A–Z collections share the same sizing and fastening system, so you can combine dresses, jackets, skirts, and more across any letter group.
How long does shipping take?
• Order processing: 2–4 business days.
• Domestic (US) standard: 5–10 business days; expedited: 2–4 days.
• International: 10–20 business days via DHL or USPS. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Email support@labubugear.com for an RMA number and return instructions. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Do you accept custom or special requests?
Yes! If you’d like a custom color or design not currently in our collections, email us at support@labubugear.com with your idea. We’ll let you know lead time and pricing.
